After hours and hours of watching their videos and DVDs and TV shows and memorizing all their songs, Veronica finally got to see her favorite singing group LIVE. Daddy, Mommy & Veronica went to the FedEx Forum in Memphis today to see "The Wiggles: Racing to the Rainbow." We've had the tickets for a few weeks now, and we anticipated that Veronica would be so excited when she saw them in person that she would literally burst into a preschooler frenzy of excitement. That wasn't the case. Sour-puss Veronica had fleeting moments of excitement surrounded by lots of fussing and fidgeting and one big crying jag. I think the crowd of about 10,000 people was a little overwhelming, but her biggest disappointment was that she couldn't get as close to the stage as possible. Oh well, maybe a few years from now she will look back fondly at the memories of her first kiddie rock concert. At least Daddy & Mommy had fun.
